Job Description:

The Female Front Desk & Admin Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk services and administrative support to the organization. They will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with data entry and documentation tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration will be a plus
