  • Providing excellent customer service to domestic clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer emails and chats
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order status
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issue has been resolved

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 35 to 40 WPM Typing Speed
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

 

Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
