Full-Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel, Node.js, React.js)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks) along with hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, NoSQL databases, Redis, and caching mechanisms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of CRM, ERP, or other SaaS-based systems and be proficient in building and integrating APIs using various methods.
 Strong communication skills and the ability to understand requirements quickly are essential. Knowledge of AWS services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using PHP (Laravel Framework).
• Build scalable and high-performance services using Node.js.
• Develop dynamic, responsive front-end applications using React.js.
• Design and consume APIs (REST & GraphQL) and integrate with third-party systems.
• Work with NoSQL databases and Redis for caching and performance enhancements.
• Understand and implement cache strategies, database optimization, and performance tuning.
• Work with CRM, or SaaS-based products, including customization and workflow enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and QA.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS (nice to have).
• Ensure code quality, security best practices, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with PHP, specifically Laravel/Zend or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in Node.js and React.js.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience with **Redis** and caching mechanisms.
• Knowledge of **RESTful APIs** and different API interaction methods.
• Experience working with **CRM, ERP, or SaaS products**.
• Excellent communication and requirement-gathering skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Experience with AI-powered coding assistance tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Bedrock or similar.
• Proficiency in utilizing modern development and collaboration tools.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in microservices architecture.
