Job Description:

The Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to employees to support their professional development and enhance their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs using various methods such as classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training
• Assess training needs of employees and develop training plans to address those needs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met
• Maintain training records and keep track of employee progress
• Collaborate with other trainers and HR team members to continuously improve training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, Education, or related field
• Proven experience as a trainer in a corporate setting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
