The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our users and the technical team, ensuring a smooth support experience.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Respond to customer questions and support tickets via chat, email, or platform.
  • Log issues and potential bugs clearly for the development team.
  • Track bug resolution and ensure timely follow-up with users.
  • Maintain clear records of support interactions.
  • Assist in documenting known issues and solutions.

Requirements:
 

  • 01 to 2 years of experienced required in technical support/customer relations
  • Good communication skills (English required).
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile apps.
  • Organized and responsible with strong follow-through.
  • Prior experience in tech support or QA is a plus.
