Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Female Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all administrative matters related to female employees, ensuring a well-maintained and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills to address various office management and employee-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of office sections specifically used by female employees, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment.
- Coordinate and manage the provision of office supplies and other items for female employees’ use.
- Address and resolve female-specific workplace concerns, offering support and assistance to ensure a positive working environment.
- Ensure that appropriate health and safety protocols are followed in female employee areas.
- Assist with the organization of female employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Maintain the records of female employee requests and manage any special requirements related to the workspace.
- Serve as a point of contact for female employees to report concerns, provide feedback, or request assistance related to office facilities.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, including assisting with scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
- Regularly liaise with the HR department to ensure that the needs of female employees are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor related to the administrative support of female employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of office equipment and software (Microsoft Office Suite or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
