Job Description:

Trainer IJP 3 KHI is responsible for designing and conducting training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. They will develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to assess training needs
  • Design training programs and materials
  • Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as a trainer or training coordinator
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
