Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing top talent for the organization. This role will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop creative recruitment strategies to fill positions effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
