  • Support HR manager in various HR related tasks
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Handle employee queries and grievances
  • Conduct performance evaluation and appraisal process

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to work in US timings (Night shifts).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR role
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
