Job Description:

As a Training & QA Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees. You will also be in charge of monitoring and evaluating the quality of our customer service interactions to ensure compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills of employees
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff
  • Create training materials and resources
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze training needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance performance
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training and quality assurance processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in training and quality assurance roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of best practices in training and quality assurance
