Job Description:

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and paperwork
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Support training and development initiatives for employees
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing HR paperwork

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related role
  • Ability to work in US hours/night shifts. 
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
