Job Description:

The Training & QA Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, monitoring the quality of work performed, and identifying areas for improvement in order to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to new and existing employees
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation
  • Analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and quality issues
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and quality assurance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in training and quality assurance (BPO industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
