Network Design and Architecture: Design and architect network solutions tailored to the requirements of operations, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems.

Implement and configure network infrastructure according to design specifications, ensuring the seamless integration of voice and data services to support BPO processes and workflows.

Establish and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control mechanisms, to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements.

Configure Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize voice traffic over data traffic, ensuring high-quality VoIP calls and minimizing latency and packet loss for operations.

Monitor network performance and utilization, proactively identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization, and implement solutions to enhance network reliability and efficiency.
 

Integrate voice and data services to support BPO telephony systems, ensuring seamless communication between agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime and ensure the uninterrupted delivery of services in the event of network failures or disasters.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures, and prepare regular reports on network performance, availability, and security for management review.

Stay informed about emerging networking technologies, trends, and best practices in the BPO industry, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of the network infrastructure supporting BPO operations.
