Job Description
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Firewall Management: Manage firewall solutions to protect the organization's network from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Manage and maintain the organization's email server, to ensure uninterrupted email communication and data security for internal and external stakeholders. Administer and manage the Active Directory Domain Controller environment, including user authentication, access control, group policy management, and domain services, to facilitate centralized management of network resources. Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization's IP PBX system, ensuring seamless communication capabilities for the call centre and other departments. Manage and administer virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities for virtualized workloads. Implement and manage backup solutions, such as Veeam, to ensure the timely backup and recovery of critical data and systems, minimizing downtime and data loss in the event of system failures or disasters. Administer and optimize cloud-based dialer platforms, such as Vicibox, Elastix, Issabel for call centre operations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure, data, and systems, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, performance evaluation, and escalation resolution, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. Develop and implement inventory management processes and systems to track IT assets, hardware, and software licenses, ensuring accurate inventory records and cost-effective asset utilization.
