Job Description

Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions.
Contribute to the existing HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Manage employees’ grievances
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Preparing Offer Letters, appointment letters etc and completing the necessary documentation.
Review procedures and policies to ensure compliance
Conducting HR orientations.
Processing & disbursing health insurance/Employee ID cards on time.
Manage and Maintain HR records.
