Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. To Conduct call monitoring by reviewing recorded calls and monitoring conversations across various touch points, based on defined KPIs. 2. Identify processes, systems, and training gaps and ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and values while agents communicate with customers. 3. conduct analysis based on evaluations, and recommend corrective and proactive measures to improve. (Routing Internal Escalations) 4. Ensure calls, conversations, and all customer communications adhere to standard procedures while meeting given targets. 5. Collaboration with the Operations & Training team to identify areas of improvement and take proactive measures to enhance performance.
