Requirements
 

  •  Excellent fluency in Spanish speaking.
     
  •  Minimum 2 years Contact Center Experience is a plus.
     
  •  Ability to handle high call volume
     
  •  You are very dependable
     
  •  Enjoying hours communicating with the customers.
     
  •  Technology is your good friend.
     
  • .You have an innovative mind and are a self-starter.
     
  •  Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve customer experience.
     
  •  Ability to carry out support through Live CHAT and calls.
