Job Description

  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers 
     
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
     
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
     
  • Design compensation and benefits packages
     
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
     
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
     
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
     
  • Manage employees’ grievances
     
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
     
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
     
  • Preparing Offer Letter, appointment letter etc and completing the necessary documentation.
     
  • Review procedures and policies to ensure compliance
     
  • Conducting HR orientations.
     
  • Processing & disbursing health insurance/Employee ID cards on time.
